Introducing Mancini CHICCHI DI GRANO pasta shape

Our new pasta shape now has a name, and we are officially introducing it to you: Mancini CHICCHI DI GRANO.

It only took a glance at the ears of wheat surrounding our pasta factory to find inspiration.

This shape was born from a faithful reproduction of the grains of the four varieties of durum wheat we cultivate:
– Maestà
– Nazareno
– Nonno Mariano
– Farah
A pasta that is ideal for soups, but also perfect served dry, as an alternative to rice.
