A new Pasta Mancini shape makes its debut at Taste Firenze 2026

We will unveil a new Mancini Pasta shape at Taste Firenze 2026, the Pitti Immagine event showcasing the very best of Italian food and wine excellence and contemporary food culture.

But that’s not all: we’ve also prepared something special for the new LE MIGLIORATRICI line—legume crops that we rotate each year with wheat in the fields of our farm in the heart of Le Marche region.

Join us at the Fortezza da Basso from February 7 to 9 at stand M/7, central pavilion, ground floor, together with our fellow producer friends from the UNICI – Eccellenze Alimentari group.
