Linkiesta Gastronomika Festival 2024 (19/20 May, Milan) is the largest Italian hackathon open to the under 40 professionals in the food and wine industry.

20 discussion tables divided into 5 thematic areas: Kitchen and Pizzeria, Pastry and Bakery, Wine and Oenology, Mixology and Spirits, Hôtellerie.

At table 1 we will reflect on how human intervention must leave the soil better than it found it, focusing on the value of Good Agricultural Practices for Pasta Mancini.
