The Lentil is a legume we cultivate in rotation according to our Good Agricultural Practices. It naturally enriches the soil with nitrogen, an essential nutrient. Renowned as a “soil-enhancing” crop, it improves the fertility of the land, which will then host Mancini Estate Pasta’s durum wheat the following year.
Precious for the soil, rich in fibre and protein at the table.
