Our Le Miglioratrici range officially welcomes another legume crop, grown in rotation with durum wheat.

Like chickpeas, lentils naturally enrich the soil by fixing nitrogen, an essential nutrient. This process improves soil fertility, preparing the ground for the durum wheat that will grow the following year and become the grain for our agricultural pasta.
