Made only from semolina and water, our pasta is produced only from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company every year according to our Good Agricultural Practice principles.
Semolina and water are the only ingredients.
Mancini Chicchi di Grano (or Grano Pasta) are shaped using a carefully crafted bronze die designed to faithfully replicate the form of our four durum wheat varieties, then gently dried for 21 hours at low temperatures (min. 40°C / max. 56°C)
Each "Chicco" (grain) measures 9 mm in length and 3.4 mm in width.
Cooking time is 8–10 minutes.
A small pasta shape, ideal for pastina, soups and broths, created to celebrate the raw ingredient from which each vintage of our Estate Pasta begins.
