Pasta Mancini AdminAs we approach the start of our new crop year -traditionally beginning on November 11- we are proud to unveil our new farming project.
Le Miglioratrici are soil-enriching pulses that we cultivate every year in rotation with our durum wheat in the fields of our farm in the heart of Le Marche region.
They naturally enrich the soil with nitrogen, an essential nutrient.
They improve the fertility of the land which will then host our Estate Pasta's durum wheat the following year.
This crop rotation gives life to Mancini Chickpeas: precious to the earth, ideal for a diet rich in fiber and protein.
