The shipping costs will be calculated at the end of your order, before to procede to the payment. The order will be delivered in about 7 days from receipt.

Please make sure there is always someone at the shipping address you provide us. You can choose the address of your home, your office or one of your friends. At CHECKOUT, to facilitate delivery, please check that data such as address (full number) and phone numbers are correct.

ON THE CUSTOMER'S SIDE

If the package seems damaged at the time of delivery, please accept it with reserve. In this way we can request a refund from the carrier and send you the damaged goods again. If this should happen, please immediately write an email to shop@pastamancini.it. In this way we will solve the problem faster.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. In accordance with art. 5 DL 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

2. In order to exercise this right, the client must send to Azienda Agricola Mancini soc. agr. This is a simple communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such communication must be sent by using the appropriate form that the customer can find at this link.

3. The right of withdrawal is nevertheless subject to the following conditions: - The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to pursue only part of the purchased product; - In accordance with law, shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are to be borne by the customer; - The shipment, up to the receipt of receipt at our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer; - In case of damage to the goods during transport, Mancini soc. agr. It will only inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in the warehouses) to allow him to file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the refund of the value of the goods (if secured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return at the same time by canceling the request for withdrawal; - Azienda Agricola Mancini soc. agr. Simple does not in any way respond to damages or theft / loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;

4. Azienda Agricola Mancini soc. agr. Simple will repay to the customer the entire amount already paid by retaining the value of the "shipping costs" within 30 days of the return of the goods through the procedure of transferring the amount charged on the Credit Card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be up to the client to provide the banking coordinates on which to obtain the refund (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current Account of the Account Holder).

5. The right of withdrawal shall cease wholly, in the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the Azienda Agricola Mancini soc. agr. Simple assays:

- the lack of the outer packaging and / or the enclosure containing the purchased product - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In case of termination of the right of withdrawal, Azienda Agricola Mancini soc. agr. Simple will return the sender to the sender, charging the shipment costs.
