The timing of nature
We can't wait any longer. The exploitation of resources, intensive agriculture, "increasingly" policies have endangered us and our planet. It's time to change, go back, to nature. Listening to her and her rhythms, starting from the kitchen. In recent years, producers have thus allied themselves with chefs. These in turn have created their own gardens. Is it still today, however, sincere sensitivity or just fashion? How can you not fall into storytelling and be real promoters of this revolution?
