On 21 and 22 May 2023 the second edition of the Linkiesta Gastronomika Festival will take place at Franco Parenti Theater in Milan. It brings together the younger generations of professionals from the industry of food and wine to get a constructive discussion on the new Italian food and wine era.

The festival's theme chosen is full of meaning: the value of time.

The timing of nature
We can't wait any longer. The exploitation of resources, intensive agriculture, "increasingly" policies have endangered us and our planet. It's time to change, go back, to nature. Listening to her and her rhythms, starting from the kitchen. In recent years, producers have thus allied themselves with chefs. These in turn have created their own gardens. Is it still today, however, sincere sensitivity or just fashion? How can you not fall into storytelling and be real promoters of this revolution?
