The durum wheat from our 2024 Harvest is officially Zero Chemical Residue, as confirmed by laboratory analyses.

Thanks to the guidelines of our Good Agricultural Practices (i.e. the set of rules that we apply for an eco-friendly and sustainable management of our activities in the fields) we can guarantee a raw material of the highest quality and health.

Multi-residue analyses are part of our internal self-monitoring procedures as per our estate-pasta production philosophy.
